David T. Seaton is the former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Fluor Corporation. Mr. Seaton became CEO and joined Fluor’s board in February 2011 and was elected its Chairman in February 2012. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Seaton held numerous positions in both operations and sales globally since joining the company in 1985. Mr. Seaton also serves on the board of directors of ConocoPhillips Company and the National Association of Manufacturers and is a senior advisor for the Boston Consulting Group’s Infrastructure Practice. Mr. Seaton has also served in leadership positions of numerous business associations, including the Business Roundtable, the International Business Council, the American Petroleum Institute, and the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council. In 2011, Mr. Seaton was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Energy to serve as a member of the National Petroleum Council. Mr. Seaton is the former chairman of the National Board of Governors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and previously served in leadership positions for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and United Way of Greater Dallas.
