Emery N. Koenig served as Vice Chairman and Chief Risk Officer of Cargill, Incorporated (“Cargill”) and as a member of its Corporate Leadership Team from September 2013 and December 2009, respectively, until his retirement in February 2016. Mr. Koenig also served, concurrently since April 2006, as leader of the Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain Platform. Previously, Mr. Koenig served as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Cargill from June 2011 to September 2013; as Senior Vice President at Cargill from June 2010 to June 2011; as a leader of the Cargill Energy, Transportation and Industrial Platform from June 2007 to July 2011.
