PLYMOUTH, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) today announced that Clint Freeland has
been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective
June 4. Freeland will lead Mosaic’s global finance and information
technology teams. He will also join the company's Senior Leadership Team.
Freeland has 26 years of global business experience, most recently as
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Dynegy, Inc.

Prior to joining Dynegy, Freeland held positions as Chief Financial
Officer, Treasurer and Senior Vice President—Strategy and Financial
Structure at NRG Energy. Earlier in his career he worked for Enron
Corporation, Coral Energy and ABN AMRO Bank. Freeland holds a bachelor’s
degree in political science from The University of the South and a
master of business administration in finance from the Owen Graduate
School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Anthony “Tony” Brausen has served as Senior Vice President – Finance and
